About the 2nd African Continental Engineering, Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate Summit – ACEACRES 2024

The African Continental Engineering, Architecture, Construction and Real Estate Summit (ACEACRES) is an annual gathering of all stakeholders in the African built environment. It reflects on the past, present, and future of the African built environment, with a focus on innovative engineering, cutting-edge building technologies, and artificial intelligence.
The summit aims to integrate the African built environment for socio-economic transformation, promoting partnerships and sustainability for corporate growth and continental prosperity. ACEACRES unites African states and stakeholders to collaborate on industry best practices, modern technologies, and new opportunities.
Attendees include building contractors, engineers, architects, real estate developers, project managers, planners, surveyors, fabricators, interior designers, roofing companies, facility management professionals, banks, investors, insurance institutions, government agencies, regulators, AI professionals, and others from various sectors of the built environment.
Over 400 in-person and 100 virtual participants are expected, with confirmations already received from Nigeria, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa.
High-profile participants from across Africa, including Engr Dr. Modasiru Bola J., Secretary General of Nigeria Institution of Highways and Transportation Engineers, and other notable figures, have confirmed their participation.
Virtual participants from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America have confirmed attendance.
The theme for ACEACRES 2024 is: Integrating Sustainable Built Environment for Socio-Economic Transformation through the Use of New Generation Technology and Artificial Intelligence.

The summit will conclude with the African Continental Built Environment Industry Excellence Awards (ACBEIEA), recognizing excellence in various categories, including leadership in construction technology and emerging industry brands.
